Kenneth is a UCD Agricultural Science graduate, an experienced Agricultural & Taxation Consultant, Trust & Estate Practitioner and Expert Witness. With over thirty years experience, he has gained in-depth knowledge in the areas of agriculture, taxation, farm succession and expert witness work.

- Certificate in Agriculture awarded by An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta (ACOT)
- Certificate in Business & Accounting awarded by Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA Ireland)
- Diploma in Tax awarded by the Irish Tax Institute
- Diploma in Trust & Estate Planning awarded by the Law Society of Ireland
- Registered Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) awarded by Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP)
- Diploma in Forensic Accounting & Investigation awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (CAI).
Memberships of professional and other organisations include Member of Agricultural Consultants Association (ACA Ireland), Member of Agricultural Science Association (ASA Ireland) Member of Irish Grassland Association (IGA).
Kenneth Hayes is the current Honorary Treasurer of the Agricultural Consultants Association of Ireland and current director/secretary of Kerry Cancer Support Trust CLG which is a charity that supports people affected by cancer and provides free transport to treatment centres which are primarily located in Cork and Limerick.

Seamus Buckley
Seamus is a qualified accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) which is the leading Tax Advisory qualification in Ireland for tax professionals awarded by the Irish Tax Institute.
He has extensive accountancy practice experience and deals primarily with SMEs, farmer accounts and VAT.
Maura Hayes
Maura is the office manager ensures smooth daily business operations, client management and all aspects of accounts production, coordinating procedures, governance, compliance and budget expenditure.
She has considerable experience in banking, SME sector and credit control.
